What does the 30-day engagement cost?
Engagements start from S$3,000 fixed for one process. The exact figure depends on the process and data access, and is agreed before week 1.
What if the number does not move?
You keep the baseline, the build and the measurement report either way. We don't guarantee an outcome; we guarantee you will know, with numbers, whether it worked.
What happens to our client data?
Client data stays in Singapore-region cloud services. We sign an NDA on request and work within the PDPA. Where an AI model provider is used, only the data needed for the task is sent, under terms that exclude training on your data.
Is this a government programme or grant?
No. xTelos AI is not part of, approved by, or endorsed by any government programme. Some Singapore SMEs may qualify for grant support when adopting AI; check your eligibility with EnterpriseSG.
Who is behind it
Tan Chin Wei, founder. 13 years in offshore EPC project controls, most recently project service manager at a major Singapore shipyard. Project controls is the discipline of keeping a number on target under real-world constraints, which is the same job in any SME process.
